If your concern is about S/he*Pak not cooling well enough or missing fluid, please let it thaw, then refreeze it upside down. It’s meant to be frozen upside down. The pouch was designed to stand up and be stable in this position. Please see the video on our Home Page at 1 minute and 18 seconds in.
